Are you ready to unleash your inner-artist with your own interpretation of nature’s bounty? It’s time to join me for a drink, so to speak, as “Sippin’ with Susan” kicks off today! This fun Friday series is designed to enhance your summer weekends. I’ll be sharing a thirst-quencher with you that’s not only colorful and stylish in it’s presentation, but also beneficial to your health.
Fresh fruits and vegetables contain an amazing array of vitamins, minerals, and other trace elements that are known to be essential for good health, and digesting them in liquid form is one of the best ways to help them on their beneficial way. No commercially prepared juice is going to have the same fresh goodness as your own drink will.
Today, and on Fridays to come, you will find a recipe that’s easy to prepare with ingredients that are in-season. Although booze will not be added to any of the recipes, let the season guide your footsteps by adding your own favorite intoxicant (if you care to do so) and by choosing whatever fresh berries are available. Let’s have a sip together, shall we? Cheers!
“May all your drinks be healthy & stylish drinks with friends.”
