    So … this must be my problem lately! :) Maybe I need to look into doing some workouts at home that consist of weights as well as cardio and flexibility training. What do you suggest for getting started on weight training? Any advice would be super. Thanks, Candi

    • Candi, I think the workout program ChaLEAN Extreme is a great way to get started with weight training at home. With resistance bands or weights, you’ll get results doing a variety of routines that provide cardio, flexibility and weight training.
